How to Create a Positive Working Environment

I have written this article about how to make a positive working environment because when it is a good working environment people are happier and more focused and learn more; it is a really cool classroom to work in.

The Physical Environment

Our class is nice and bright and colourful.  If your classroom is boring with black, white and brown then you are not focused.  But if your classroom is nice and colourful then you are focused.  Nice artwork makes you feel happy because it is bright with nice artwork on the walls.  It makes you feel more interested and more motivated.  Having visual aids which are pictures of things that can help you is good on the walls because it is easy to recognise and it is easy to use.  They help you in your learning and your work so you can do your best.

The Social Environment

You need to create an environment where people are supportive.  Support means  they guide people through things that they need help on.  People need to be respectful by listening to things others have to say and sharing ideas.  They are able to work and collaborate with others.  People need to participate and contribute well and follow expectations and rules.

The Personal Environment

You need to be collaborative and responsible for your own actions.  You need to follow expectation and follow the rules.  Be focused and motivated and work hard.  Also you need to have opportunities to work independently.  You need to be committed and persevere.
